This lesson will examine the scriptures surrounding Jesus' habits and statements in regard to fasting, as well as other scriptures on the same topic. Emphasis will be given to the interaction of the physical with the spiritual with practical advice on how to develop and follow a habit of fasting for spiritual growth.
