A college minister said,

"In my college work, I witness a noticeable difference between the number of young women and young men. As the church looks toward the future, I see this as a matter requiring immediate attention. I think we need to get church leaders, nationwide, to begin emphasizing grooming the next generation of male spiritual leaders now. From my perspective, as a brotherhood, we need immediate major improvement in this area. I'm constantly searching for young Christian men to groom. The ones who arrive on campus are frequently absent, disinterested, or lacking in confidence to lead. In contrast, young Christian women are largely more committed and eager to learn new skills and information."
