Kevin Daughrity: The GROW Ministry
There are six categories in our GROW Ministry, with leaders overseeing each one: Visitors, Prospective Members, Absent Members, New Members, Widows, Sick & Shut-in. Once we identify which of our members belong to what category, we ask everyone to take a GROW card in Bible Class to encourage them. The Class of the Week will pass around clipboards. Simply sign out a card of someone you can visit, call, or send a card. Once the assignment is completed, turn in the GROW card to one of the black mailboxes.
